For WIndows PC


1. Type Settings on your search bar then click Open or hit Enter on your keyboard.




2. Under settings select Network & Internet




3. Click Wifi and on the right side, it will show you if the Random Hardware Addresses are ON/OFF.




For MAC PC and IOS devices 


1. First, tap Settings, Wi-Fi and then locate the restricted network under OTHER NETWORKS. In the example presented, the restricted network is named Guest. Next to the line that says Guest, you will notice a blue icon of a circle with an i in the center. Tap on the blue icon.

2. Tap the green switch, and it will turn gray and slide to the left. This indicates that Private Address is turned off. You will also notice the Wi-Fi Address has changed to the device's true MAC address.



For Android Devices

1. Open the Settings

2. Tap Network & Internet -> Wi-Fi

3. Tap the gear icon associated with your network

4. Tap MAC address type

5. Tap Phone MAC (this will show the device's true MAC Address)



Note:

Once Random Hardware Addresses is turned off, you need to get the true MAC Address of the device.
