1. Open MS Word.


2. Create a new blank document.


3. Input all information needed (It is better if you already created a template on what information you need to gather).


4. Click File on the upper left then click Export and click Create PDF.




5. Click Options.



6. Place a checkmark on Encrypt the document with a password then click OK.




7. Input your password then click OK.




8. Click Publish and PDF is now created.
