1. Login to Deltapath using the Admin account.
2. Look for the client extension under General Line or Number. (sample is 2711 - notice that there is an X beside the pencil icon, this means that this is where the ext was created)
3. Click the pencil icon then go to step 2/3.
4. Click the pencil icon on Day Mode
5. Under Routing Steps, click the pencil icon.
6. From this Routing Step Setting window make sure to select Dial Internal. Input the target number under the Dial Number and make sure to select Full Access under Permission Group. Click OK.
7. Click next to step 3/3 then click finish.
